Material for box production:

Overview of Machine Structure:This product uses a top circulating motor for air supply and a 201 # stainless steel flat chain conveyor belt. The conveyor belt is equipped with baffle devices at both ends, which are relatively flat. The feeding section is 300mm, the middle heating and drying section is 5000mm, and the rear discharge section is 300mm. The heating element is installed at the top of the oven working room, and the circulating motor is installed at the top of the oven to extend the motor's life. The inlet and outlet are equipped with stainless steel adjustable door baffles. This product has a total length of 5600mm and is divided into three parts (feed inlet+drying section+discharge outlet). The drying section is divided into three sections: far-infrared electric heating tube, heating element installed at the top of the oven working chamber, total heating power of 33KW, divided into six groups (8+3)+(8+3)+(8+3) control.

Outer wall material of the box: A3 carbon steel cold rolled plate, sheet metal, bent welding, rivet splicing.
